The estate of Figueiret is a beautiful estate in the sloping hills of Provence. This self catering holiday location is a place of peace. It is situated 700 feet above sea level, three miles from the typical local village of Flayosc.
The accommodation is in two separate stone farmhouses, built in the style of the region. They are surrounded by an olive grove and have a swimming pool between them. The setting is beautiful with magnificent views.
From the Domaine du Figueiret you can visit local markets in Flayosc or Tourtour (see map) or go on local scenic walks. The lake of Sainte Croix, Moustier Sainte Marie and the canyon of Chateaudouble are close by. Other local attractions include the Gorge du Verdon, ceramics in the village of Salernes, the hill villages of Aups, Bargemon and Comps and the magnificent Abbey of Thoronet.
